		<description>Loved your article, points, and the workout! I tried it this morning as I&#039;m traveling at the hotel gym and you know what? I DID rock it out like you said. ;) It was tough but fun - I felt accomplished top finish in a bit over 23 minutes - stopped my watch once or twice to read the workout on my phone. Thanks for the great moves!</description>
